The location and staff are wonderful!
-
Cheap hotel with decent prices as for Glasgow. Spacious beds, central heating, a flat screen TV and ironing facilities were a nice touch. The location was super and the staff here was amazingly nice. Late check-out too.
-
The staff was very very friendly, the accommodation was exceptionally comfortable and fairly clean. The rooms were common with a minimalist design, plus the bathroom was reasonably spacious. Handy location - 10 mins walk from a bus station. I enjoyed my excellent stay here.
-
Property was intimate, I liked my stay.
Top location, perfect breakfast and highly efficient people. Downstairs bar was exquisite. Only a short distance to the good beach. Took a walk around city centre, located relatively close to the hotel. The weather was lovely, had very nice stay.
-
Easy check-in was a plus.
Quite clean place, 10/10 rooms, superb staff.
-
Peaceful location, spotless and mini place. The staff was willing to help all the time. You could walk to a supermarket and a shopping area. Also, the area was stunning.
-
We enjoyed very unique location of this place.
Its breakfast staff were caring. Plenty of options, so good food. Quick check-in and helpful customer service. It had free wifi throughout the property for luck.
-
It was fairly clean with cheerfull staff.
Unfortunately signal was very weak.
-
double room was very clean and good sized. besides, the parking was nearby.
-
The property was comfortable and so tidy, good continental breakfast included in the price. Ideal location, not far from railway station and close to town centre
-
The room was spotless. in the heart of the city with night-light and near good transport links, good value for your money
-
everything would definatley use this hotel again
-
Was able to go to room and relax for the evening without too much disruption. It is close to the city centre and visitors should expect some street noise. This is minimal. Staff are pleasant and helpful. When leaving in the morning they are chatty and appear interested in your day. This is a nice way for visitors to the city to appreciat the qualities of the Scots. I am a Scot and have used the hotel for overnight stays in the city on three occasions when the service, room and staff have all been of similar quality. I would not hesitate in using or recommending its facilities in the future.
-
We found the room lovely and clean with more than enough space for the three of us, and breakfast was excellent
-
Room smelled of damp on entering. Discovered drain in shower blocked, evil smell coming from it. Extractor fan not working. Window hard to open. Floor rugs not clean. Window frames thick with dust.
